WHO I AM
I’m Dr. Lois Anderson, CEO of Arrow Innovative Leadership and the founder of LA Leadership Group. As a transformational leadership strategist and servant leader, I’m committed to shaping leaders who shape the world.
For over two decades, I’ve trained and developed leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. I bring a principled, purpose-driven approach to every engagement bridging the gap between passion and skill, vision and execution.

With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, certification through the John Maxwell Team, and extensive experience leading across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors, I bring a unique approach to leadership development that is both practical and deeply principled. I combine academic rigor with real-world leadership insight. For clients and organizations that desire it, I integrate biblically grounded wisdom into coaching engagements. Consulting services are always tailored to the distinct values, culture, and strategic priorities of the organizations I serve. My work is grounded in servant leadership and transformational principles, with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead oneself and others well.
